The Voice of the Customer (VOTC) survey is an ongoing customer satisfaction survey sent to Avis and Budget car renters via email. The VOTC survey captures and measures customer satisfaction based on the customer's rental experience with a specific rental location. Managers use VOTC data to understand the customer's experience and enhance it where gaps exist. The results of the survey provide each location the opportunity to pinpoint their location's strengths as well as opportunities to improve customer satisfaction results.

Team work, customer service, nice people to work with. Different locations are respectful, kind and really nice to all the drivers.
Weather, sometimes there's a special vehicle need to be transported to another location and a vehicle is buried in the dirty line and you need to move all the vehicles to get it.
