The Voice of the Customer (VOTC) survey is an ongoing customer satisfaction survey sent to Avis and Budget car renters via email. The VOTC survey captures and measures customer satisfaction based on the customer's rental experience with a specific rental location. Managers use VOTC data to understand the customer's experience and enhance it where gaps exist. The results of the survey provide each location the opportunity to pinpoint their location's strengths as well as opportunities to improve customer satisfaction results.

Performance Excellence (PEx) is a team based, "process improvement" initiative that works with associates in identifying problems and implementing solutions to run our business more efficiently, creating greater customer value and generating sustainable cost savings, without ever compromising on our promise of service excellence. Thomas M. Naiman, CPA, Director, External Reporting, has been the Director of External Reporting since he joined Avis Budget Group, Inc. in October 2006. Prior to starting his 18 + year career in accounting, Tom served four years in the United States Marine Corps, as an Infantry Squad Leader being promoted to the rank of Corporal. Rental car is an industry that only has three true players and with competitor efforts to make rental car more of a commodity you have a very challenging sale. That being said you will not find a more supportive and collaborative work environment where you have access to all the tools to be successful.

Apply online at one of their home sites. Wait for a email to confirm that you want to work for the company. You will take a online "test" and will get a call to set up a interview. After you get a interview you will be required to take a drug test and criminal back ground screening.
