I worked at Avista as a contractor (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Leadership training and mentoring opportunities, lots of learning experiences to work in different departments and learn how the whole company works

    Cons

Very little chance for contract to hire or contract to permanent positions.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Avista (Agawam, MA).

    Interview

They call you up for a phone interview first. With pretty basic competency questions. Than they ask you to come in and sit down with the hiring manager very nice lady. It was all very casual and felt like a conversation.
