    I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AwardSpring (Chicago, IL) in Jul 2019

    Interview

    The hiring process consisted of a 3-parts. Started off with an initial phone screening. That was followed up with a cold call mock call. Those two were followed with an in-person interview. Overall, the interview process was friendly and non-intimidating.
    Interview

    One question that stuck out was how I would deal with a given situation on the phone if a customer would object or counter.
