    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Awardco (Orem, UT) in April 2019.

    Interview

The interview process was a lot easier than I expected. It consisted of a phone screen, and one in-person interview with two members of the engineering team. The purpose of the phone screen was to determine a cultural fit, and to learn more about the company, their tech stack, etc. Prior to the in-person interview, I was asked to be prepared to show a few projects I've done in the past that I could present to them. This interview lasted about 30-40 minutes and I received an offer the same week. Overall quick and painless.
