The pay is decent, the benefits are industry standard, and the people are for the most part kind.
Management is going to be the death of this company. They coddle some, while make no effort for others. Management's attempts at saving money actually end up costing the company more money.
Advice to Management
Get your act together, quit treating this place like you don't care about it or the people who work for you.
I applied online. I interviewed at Axalta (Fort Madison, IA) in August 2017.
Only just took apptatude test 2.50 hrs later the maint&industrial apptatude test were very hard &thin you had a 150 questions test on how you react in a lot different situations
