For an HR company, you would think they would handle HR issues internally better than they do.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Axcet HR (Overland Park, KS) in February 2013.
Pretty typical, outside recruiter contacted me, I'd previously turned down a request from the company directly to interview, outside recruiter talked me into going to a face to face. Interview was with HR and VP of Sales (Funny place we live in when HR gets to tell a VP who they can hire or not), pretty standard interview, the VP ran the interview and HR would stumble into the conversation every once in a while and fade away. What I liked was the VP wasn't afraid to tell you about any reservations he had thus giving you an opportunity to speak to those reservations and overcome. From there it went pretty quick, I had a couple phone conversations with the VP and then met the sales reps and they got a chance to interview me. Took a couple weeks and I was hired.
