The culture of the Axcient is similar to that of a family. There are the wise ones who will always answer questions and lead you to the correct path and teach you how to troubleshoot. Then are there are those who go out of their way to assist you and make sure that you understand the product and how to troubleshoot. Above all, it's "team to win". Everyone here is really supportive and looking out for each other.
More ownership of issues/problems can go a long way to come to a quick and effective resolution.
Advice to Management
Encourage different departments to be more proactive and cooperative. Our end goals are the same, so everyone needs to work together and take ownership of situations/issues.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Axcient.
Recruiters had a hard time describing the position and exactly what they are looking for. Anyway, after the phone screen I got an onsite interview. After coming onsite I was introduced to various people, from CEO to the janitor of the company. It was like a tour of the zoo.
