I need help in understanding this situation. I recently interviewed with the hiring manager of a company who said she was going to schedule the last phase of the interview as soon as possible but its been one a week and I haven't gotten an email. Should I be concerned, knowing that the timing from the recruiter to getting to the hiring manager was not this long?

The culture and employees were predominantly remote long before Covid and were shifted even more heavily that way by the pandemic. It has been a wonderful thing to be a part of.
As with any remote team, the interaction quantity and thusly rapport built across different teams is challenging, but it’s certainly not bad!

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Axcient (Denver, CO)
InterviewRecruiter reached out to me. I interviewed with the sales manager twice.
They were very nice but bait-and-switched me on the remote position, saying they needed this position onsite downtown for three days a week for the first few months.
They do not offer a bus pass and only reimburse $10/day for parking (you’ll be paying to park at this job).
Really turned me off and I lost interest after that.
Also the interview with the sales manager was only 30 minutes, very short and we had to schedule another follow-up just to continue our conversation.Interview
