I worked at Azure Dynamics full-time (More than a year)

Azure Dynamics is no longer in business due to bankruptcy, however the work environment was great up until every one lost their jobs.

The biggest con of working for Azure Dynamics is that no one can work there due to the fact that they are no longer in business.

    Advice to Management

My advice to management would be to better manage the company's assets so as not to go into bankruptcy and cause everyone to lose their awesome jobs.

Lead Engineer, Program Engineering Group Interview

    Average Interview

The process took 4+ months. I interviewed at Azure Dynamics (Woburn, MA) in June 2011.

First contact was a phone screen interview with the senior HR person. This was followed a couple of days later by a phone interview with the hiring manager. I was then invited down to interview with a larger group consisting of the hiring manager, hr representative, VP engineering, and a technical person. Lots of fairly normal questions...what are your strengths/weaknesses? What makes you a good fit for this position? Overall, they seem to be good people who believe in their company's mission and care about employees' quality of life.

I was called back the following week for one more on-site interview with the senior HR person and hiring manager. This seemed to go well, but they went into a "thinking it over" mode, where they've remained for several months.
