Pros are that the pay is good for the area, the time off is reasonable, and the management is understanding of your position
The on call times will wear you out, the mandatory out of town work schedule is on three weeks then off five days
Advice to Management
My advice is that if the management would help out the lower class the company would get more out of the employee
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at B.S.I. Consulting (Franklin, TN) in February 2010.
The company seemed like a growing company that offered many beneficial training programs and areas to advance within the company very quickly. It is all a scam. The vice president of the corporation is also the principal agent, the president, and so on. The training process is not for your benefit, but for there benefit since you will be paying for your training instead of getting paid for it. The job is strickly about making the company money and using you to work basically for free for them.
Reasons for Declining
The company was given a bad rating by the BBB, as well, a bad review from multiple websites which stated the company was a complete scam.
