I have been working at BAM Communications full-time (Less than a year)
I don't even know where to start there are so many incredible things that are unique to BAM. What you see is truly what you get. When I walked in to BAM's office the people, culture and work were exactly what you see on their Instagram and website. This is an incredibly smart, creative and driven group of individuals who support one another and help each other grow in and out of the office. BAM is truly a company that CARES deeply about employees. There is never a shortage of growth opportunities with weekly trainings, company retreats, learning stipends and a commitment to hold each other accountable for our work goals AND personal goals (e.g., surfing, volunteering, etc.). Regardless of your level your opinions matter and there is a level of transparency that I have not seen any where else. BAM works with clients who are disruptors in their industry and who are setting out to make a difference in the world. I feel incredibly lucky to work for such a trail blazing company.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BAM Communications (San Diego, CA) in September 2017.
The interview process was longer than I expected as they are a small agency. I expected them to respond a little quicker than they did but once I reached out to follow up, they responded immediately. First, it was a phone interview and then it was an in-person interview with me and two account executives.
