I have been working at BAM Communications full-time

    Pros

The team at BAM is what makes the company so special - I've never worked with a more talented and passionate group of PR pros. I look forward to coming to work each day (no lie) b/c of the collaborative, positive and energetic environment the CEO has created and cultivated at BAM. It's truly a one of a kind work environment with amazing opportunities for career growth and mentorship.

    Cons

I've experienced this at other agencies, so it's not unique to BAM, but being in the client servicing industry means workloads can shift (sometimes significantly) month-to-month depending on new business. If you have a 'slower' month, you can usually count on ramping back up quickly.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BAM Communications (San Diego, CA) in September 2017.

    Interview

The interview process was longer than I expected as they are a small agency. I expected them to respond a little quicker than they did but once I reached out to follow up, they responded immediately. First, it was a phone interview and then it was an in-person interview with me and two account executives.
