Was contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn. Had a phone screening which went well and then was invited to do a written assesment. Turned it in and wasn't given feedback on it but was notified I had made it to the 2 hour interview (each one hour with 2 people). The interviewers were pleasant and I honestly thought it went pretty well so I was surprised when I was declined from continuing down the hiring process. I reached out to the recruiter asking for feedback but unfortunately never heard back. Seemed like a cool company and that the role fit my background perfectly so I was disappointedInterviewDescribe how you would test a change management contol
