Focus is all about the Creative Product. Producers and production are best in the business. Very few Egos from the top down.
Lot of gang bangs on briefs. Lack of clarity about where creatives fit in the organization and no defined way to move up to the next position.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at BBDO (New York, NY).
Came in to interview with two HR associates. The first was more junior and asked very basic questions. The second was more of a senior HR associate who asked about my experience.
