    Pros

Very few. Can't think of anything positive to say. Big company, in theory lots of opportunities, but corporate culture prevents anyone from advancing that has true leadership skills.

    Cons

Very low employee morale. High turnover. Militaristic corporate culture. Managers promoted on basis of years of service and not on merit.

    Advice to Management

It's all about leadership. Promote people on basis of leadership skills, not years of service. Hiring more people from outside will improve leadership 'pool'. The Toronto Blue Jays don't just promote from within. They have a blend of home-grown talent and free agents. The 'gene pool' of leaders at BCE is so thin, many people with no real leadership skills at all are promoted into management and senior management positions. It all starts at the top. George Cope appears to be very incompetent CEO. Last year he received a leadership award. All he did was spend the company's money to create the Bell Let's Talk initiative. Meanwhile the company is falling apart and morale is incredibly low.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at BCE (Charlotte, NC) in July 2015.

    Interview

It was OK, I was ran through the process of moving with the company. I was ran through the base pay and commission process. It was a good opportunity for some one with door to door sales, but I'm not that type of individual.
