Once you are employed by BDS and get your foot in the door, it is easy to transition from part-time to full-time, seasonal to permanent, entry-level to management, etc. They offer great benefits, paid training, have a friendly and responsive HR department, and are just a solid group of people to work with. I've always felt secure in the resources made available to me, the training that was provided, and the responsiveness of management. I have been with the company for about 7 years now, and I have seen them only continue to grow and expand.
Work can be unreliable, as is the case working for any company in the marketing industry. BDS is great about placing you into other programs in the event your assignment ends.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week. I interviewed at BDS Marketing (Portland, OR) in November 2016.
Recruiter called first and asked questions. Then did a phone interview with the Team manager. Offered the job on the spot and was then given information regarding HR paperwork, drug screening.
