    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BET (New York, NY) in April 2011.

    Interview

The interview was informal and comfortable. I felt like I was able to express my strengths and wasn't made to feel nervous. Overall it was comfortable? The second interview was much more intimidating and I was made to feel small and unwanted. I think it was a scare tactic but I think I proved that I wasn't easily shaken.
