Advice to Management
Keep doing what you are doing with investments in technology and your people. Consider improving the opportunity to develop and grow.

Rigorous process with multiple meetings. Both individual and group meetings that were very targeted. Long process with multiple communication touch points. Overall a good experience.
Manager seemed competent.
