Mission: BLAZE PR strategically partners with clients that are aggressive challenger lifestyle brands to develop campaigns that help them create or reclaim relevance in the marketplace and elevate them from their competitors.
I have been working at BLAZE PR full-time (More than 3 years)
Plenty of challenges, experiences and opportunities. A lot of work perks and cool young environment. You learn on the job fast and get to work on awesome accounts and brands.
Don't always get to pick your accounts/clients. Teamwork can be intense at times but its all good.
Advice to Management
Continue to foster growth and uncover employees true passions. Everyone is hard working and the culture is great!
I applied online. I interviewed at BLAZE PR.
It was very short. They didn't really ask any probing or hard ball questions. I initially thought that I didn't get the interview because I was in and out of the conference room so fast. But they called 2 days later and offered me the internship.
There was no negotiation phase. I asked for $15/hr and they said interns are never paid more than $9. They don't even pay for parking which costs at least $10 per day close to the office.
Proud to be named as one of the "2016 Best Places to Work in Los Angeles" by the LA Business Journal!
Congratulations to Blaze President Matt Kovacs for winning the PR Executive of the Year Award! Well deserved!! http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vIri3
