The Group has approximately 188,000 employees in 75 countries worldwide. The underlying principle of recruitment at BNP Paribas is to integrate its employees over time. Given its wide range of businesses, the Group actively and responsibly manages its internal mobility by offering its employees many opportunities for advancement within their chosen business line or more widely within the Group.
At BNP Paribas, we recruit new employees with the understanding that they will help us design tomorrow’s world and the bank of the future.
Our company represents 189,000 employees working in more than 75 countries. In every country, whether we are a leading player or still developing our operations, our teams apply our agile, open, innovative and responsible approach to design the banking experience of the future.
Driven by a strong tradition of service provided to individual people and businesses alike and strongly attentive to the wider world, BNP Paribas has always regarded ethics as central to its mission. The relationship of trust with its clients that the bank has built up over time today constitutes its number one asset.
Formally launched in 2001 and reinforced in 2010, the Group’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy is rooted in four main areas, in which our actions as a Responsible Bank take concrete form :
I worked at BNP Paribas full-time (More than 5 years)
Great time off policy, up to 34 days plus holidays. Company likes to reward and promote from within.
The culture is to work hard, which often results in longer days. Unfortunately, the expectation is that all work is done in office, so there is minimal work from home
Advice to Management
Better work from home would help offset the expectation of long work hours, but the extra time off helps.
Quicker than expected, but the waiting is very long. After the superday, it kept me waiting for around a month and reponds slowly. Maybe it is French I guess.
