I have been working at BOK Financial full-time (More than 8 years)
Good company to work for. Great benefits
When they do a lay off they tend to let the good ones go. My manager was the best. Always assisting when needed. Knew what was going on & knew her job. Really cared about her people. Now we report to someone that we never see or tries to learn what we even do. We can go days without seeing our new manager. It makes us feel like we are not important.
Advice to Management
Really look into your management and what they honestly do. Do they know their departments? Do they care about their people?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BOK Financial (Tulsa, OK) in February 2015.
The interview process had three stages. In the first, I underwent a brief (roughly 30 minute) phone interview with an HR specialist in Houston. Secondly, I interviewed with the team manager and his boss for a 30 minute interview that stretched into an hour. Thirdly, I interviewed with those same employees over lunch, then briefly with a member from a corresponding team, and then two members from the team which I would be working with.
