I worked at BRPH Companies (More than a year)
-Great professional atmosphere. Business casual and summer-time half-day Fridays.
-Reasonable deadlines. Project management is top-notch, great people to work for and have fun.
-Fun projects. Projects such as the Theme Parks or Boeing, or more local companies are fun for those who love their jobs.
-Great people. Some of the most brilliant people I ever met.
-I will always want to return to work at BRPH if possible.
-I received within my first year and appreciate that BRPH recognized my hard work.
-Initiated a same-day layoff of 25+ employees without notice. Everyone gets money can be a problem. But nobody that was laid off deserved to be told that that very day will be their last.
Advice to Management
BRPH is an incredible place to work for, but, if you're going to do a layoff, at least provide proper notice. I hope to one day return.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at BRPH Companies (Orlando, FL) in March 2017.
The interviewer and staff arranged a preliminary telephone interview to determine qualifications. In preparation for an initial screening interview, a full written application was required to be submitted. It seemed odd that social security information was required prior to screening telephone interview.
