    Positive Outlook

I have been working at BRR Architecture full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I have worked with BRR for a little over a year, and I have found it to be a good culture made up of genuinely good people. The principal over my studio has encouraged me when I needed it most, offers praise when we make progress and continually challenges the whole team to do better. The top leaders of the company promote quality over quantity, and they care about their people, clients and doing the right thing.

    Cons

There are programs and awards in place that encourage growth and advancement. It’s a fairly large company, so advancement is competitive and requires individual drive and responsibility.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at BRR Architecture.

    Interview

The interview process was pretty standard. The HR person called me for the first phone interview. After that, I had a Skype interview with an office manager and senior associate. Following that interview, I had another interview with one of the principals and then finally the CEO interviewed me. It was definitely a long process but it was a good experience. I think it was a pretty smooth process except for the fact that initially, the HR person took a while to get back so it was hard to figure out if I should have kept applying at other firms.
