I worked at BRTRC (More than 3 years)
Good benefits, good pay, skilled coworkers. Learned a lot in the publications team, they support their workers.
Overly political project managers. Lots of fighting for power between managers. If they lose your contract, you lose your job and it has less to do with performance and more to do with fussy clients.
Advice to Management
Stop the in-office yelling and power plays. Better client negotiation. Don't take risks that could cost a contract.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at BRTRC.
The interview process was one of the best I have experienced. They were respectful of my time and did not drag the process out. The interview itself was comfortable, honest, and friendly. HR communicated with me well throughout it as well.
