I worked at BRUNNER full-time (More than 3 years)
My best experience working in an ad agency
Very kind and friendly culture/people
Smart team which doesn't overlook your hard work
And not afraid of showing their appreciation
Supportive of your good ideas
There is not really a big con to working at Brunner. However there are minor things which can be improved, only to make more Pros.
There could be more ambition and focus on the work itself to elevate it to a higher level, rather than spending time on justifying certain positions or departments. (Results speak best for themselves)
With an existing good culture, there is no need trying to define a new one. Just observe and appreciate what's already there
Advice to Management
I can't make any advice to management when I'm not in such level myself.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BRUNNER (Pittsburgh, PA) in May 2016.
Phone interview then in-person interview. Phone interview was really basic. In-person interview was more fun and interesting. Asked specific questions about managing social media, metrics, statistics, etc. A LOT of questions that were client specific (which you wouldn't know until you interview)
