I worked at BTMU Capital full-time
The people were committed to doing excellent work and I was able to obtain valuable experience that I could not otherwise get in Boston. The work was challenging and interesting and the pay was good
Restructuring of BTMU in 2012 spelled the end of the company as I knew it and put the past few years on hold. Businesses placed on hold or liquidated and lots of good people left.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week. I interviewed at BTMU Capital in June 2009.
Initially had a telephone interview with the head of the application development team. Very nice guy and seemed keen to talk and get to know me better. Second interview was a panel. Overall easy interview just be enthusiastic and dont be taken off guard by the relaxed interview process.
