      Interview was simply an upfront flat lowball offer without room for negotiation on salary. Less PTO than other offers I have received in the area for the same job title and location.

    BTS is honored to play a part in the City of Baltimore's COVID-19 prepaid card relief program, a city-funded, OSI-administered, community-driven emergency assistance initiative. BTS's role in the development and deployment of the card application website will allow 15,000 families to apply for their prepaid cards with an easy-to-use online experience.
