    Pros

Large company, good salary and benefits, a wide variety of work and opportunities available, getting to work with great professional colleagues

    Cons

Frequent or constant change, lots of uncertainty on many levels, processes are often slow and bureaucratic which can be frustrating. Predominantly top down communication.

    Advice to Management

Seems to be making some positive changes, needs better communication in some areas and some more attempts at continuity and stability

    Interview

2 Day Assessment Centre, First day a Simple meet and greet (other potential graduates and the workplace itself including some of the work they are currently carrying out) and the second day an interview, presentation and group activity.
