I have been working at BackOffice Associates full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I've been working with BackOffice for a little over a year now and have had nothing but a pleasant experience. Great work environment, great team (everyone's a team player), and its a great place to learn and grow your skill set.

    Cons

Teams are small- should gradually grow those departments to keep up with company growth.

I applied online. I interviewed at BackOffice Associates.

    Interview

The interview process for Backoffice Associates takes place over three phone calls. The first phone call will be your technical interview phone call. I really didn't understand the point of the last two phone calls because the interviewer on each phone call probably asked me 2 general questions such as "describe to me a difficult situation that you've had to overcome and how did you do it?"

    Interview Questions

    • SQL questions consisted of "what is a and statement do".   Answer Question
