Lack of proactiveness and decision making process
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bahwan CyberTek (Herndon, VA) in September 2015.
They contacted me via email, then arranged a call to discuss the job requirements, and my background/interests/salary demands, which was followed by a call with the hiring manager. They asked more detailed technical questions, and the original person followed up with an offer via email. They then present you to the client, who interviews you over the phone, and then invites you in for a series of in person interviews with team members who ask technical and career/background questions.
