    Cons

    Honestly, we need to do a better job getting the secret out about just how genuinely incredible this place is to be a part of. We truly are the Whole Packageg....once agents join B&W they don't often leave.

    Keep doing what you're doing. Thank you for allowing a culture of transparency , accessibility and doing-the-right-thing from top to bottom. It allows us to step out with confidence for our offices and for our people

    I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Baird & Warner (Schaumburg, IL) in September 2019.

    Interview

    Poor job of interviewing, restructured role midstream and had at least 5 rounds of interviews with jumping through hoops for candidate. Little respect for candidates time or commute to interview. Didn’t mention in Job that candidate had to work did town once per week. Very one-sided process.
