I have been working at Baker Donelson full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It is a very transparent firm. Everyone basically knows all of the numbers.

    Cons

They grew by acquisition so they grew very fast and did not keep up with size issues.

    Advice to Management

Get a handle on IT. For a firm of this size the IT support is pretty lacking.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Baker Donelson (Memphis, TN) in September 2017.

    Interview

I applied online on Sept. 2, received a call back on the 12th to schedule a teleconference interview, and had my interview on the 18th. my interview literally lasted 10 minutes, which prompted me to believe that the interview went terrible. I finally received an offer on October 3rd.

    Interview Questions

    • She didn't really ask any questions now that I think about it. it was more so putting a face to the resume and application.   Answer Question
