I worked at Baker Roofing Company (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great Working environment for the most part

    Cons

Conflict of Interest within management in the Virginia beach office which poses favoritism for certain employees and direct influence on management decisions which is not fair to all employees. There should be no bias decisions based on personal relationships, especially because that is illegal

    Advice to Management

I think corporate should re-evaluate the management/office manager relationship status within the same office

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Baker Roofing Company.

    Interview

Phone interview and then in person interview. Verbally offered a position, and then did not hear from the company ever again. Multiple outreaches and nothing. It was a very unprofessional way to reject a candidate. No matter what may have changed, a courtesy call or email is always appropriate.
