I worked at Bakers Delight full-time
Nice people, great training, enjoyable work
Early hours, running overtime, high staff turnover
Advice to Management
Stop hiring dropouts
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bakers Delight (Perth, Western Australia (Australia)).
I handed in a simple resume to my local store (at 14-16 years old) and was given an interview. Interview wise I remember being asked if I even help around the house, and cleaning questions. If I'm good with people. I quit after 2 months and they refused to pay me (as "I didn't really work that much") until my father got involved to help me.
They offered me the job and I accepted - I was young.
