I have been working at Ball Corporation full-time

    Pros

Ball Corporation invests a great amount into their interns and has a good rate of hiring them on afterward.

    Cons

It can be a shock to go from intern to full time, as not all the same "spoilings" are given after the internship, but it's totally worth it.

    Maintenance Technician Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Jacksonville, NC

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Ball Corporation (Jacksonville, NC).

    Interview

I was very prepared for the interview, 15 minutes early, brag binder, research, and a professionally dressed. The HR interviewer knew I was early and still brought me back 10 minutes late. I interviewed with a HR rep and a maintenance manager. The manager was wearing a ragged hoodie with a large scull on it, and didn’t know he was interviewing until I was already in the room. Neither men seemed prepared for the interview. They kept asking, “you understand you’ll get dirty if you work here right?” They knew I was a military helicopter mechanic by trade.
