I have been working at Ball Horticultural full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Long-standing, family owned company. Most managers are fairly flexible/understanding about family situations. Most people genuinely take pride in their work & care about their fellow employees.

    Cons

Can be slow to change. Fairly flat company so advancement opportunities can somewhat be limited.

    Advice to Management

Continue to invest in your employees at all levels (many times efforts seem to get placed on retaining GenY). Continue to work on communication - some areas are great & and others are lacking.

The people who interviewed me are the Human Resource and research department. The whole process was very comfortable, interviewers are very approachable and it's just them see if you get to match well with their company and position that you are applying for. I'm still in the process and waiting to her back the results

    Interview Questions

    • They asked my experience that related to the work position I'm applying for also asked me if I have any question for them.   Answer Question
