    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Ball Metalpack (Columbus, OH) in November 2018.

    Interview

Overall process was very smooth and productive. The HR team was exceptional at answering all questions that I had regarding the interview process, being flexible with their schedule, and providing feedback in a timely manner.

The interview was very informative and the manager was very knowledgeable about the company and what they wanted out of a process control engineer. It lasted about 2.5 hours with a sit down interview along with a site tour. The interviewer made me feel comfortable and it was a great conversation overall.

The offer was made and the HR team was great once again. Answering all questions that I had about the position such as start date, benefits, and what they expected as a future Ball employee.
