Mission: BancVue's mission is to enable a powerful network of community financial institutions to re-establish themselves as the go-to-place for banking products and services and WIN THE WAR.
I have been working at BancVue full-time (More than a year)
BancVue is committed to their culture which makes their values work. Love is the value that is most important to me. We hire such smart people that have proven records. Once your employed it is hard to leave due to love for the company ( it grows on you). Could we work somewhere else and maybe make an extra $10K? Sure.Maybe. But I'm not. Come join us to see what the fuss is all about.
Success depicted on a bar graph is not a straight line upward, but rather a lot of peaks and valleys. The company has had its share of trying to figure out organization structure as well as determine which products to partner with other vendors. In the end though we figure it out.
Advice to Management
Continue to have faith in your employees.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at BancVue (Austin, TX) in October 2015.
A recruiter setup an interview and I was very excited after looking at the glassdoor reviews.... But the excitement stopped there. I took the afternoon off for a 1 o'clock phone screen. The chief architect called late and hadn't even looked at my resume. I got a "I'm so busy" excuse (umm, time management?) and then asks, "Tell me about your resume?" as he rummages through some papers - How lazy and no wonder he's late for the interview. But I digress, I stayed positive and said would you like to review the resume and give me a call back. He said yes and I waited... and waited... and waited. He finally calls back 30 minutes later (~1:45) and leaves a voicemail saying he is leaving work at 2 we will have to reschedule. I've had some pretty bad interviews in Austin but this by far takes the cake.
