Good organization to develop as a professional. Lots of training in a challenging environment.
Strategic goals shifting too fast. Needs more process automation and innovation in order to better service the customers.
Advice to Management
Implement the 360 evaluation model of all employees including senior management. Keep up the good habit of transparently transmitting the top management strategy to all employees.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bancpost (Bucharest (Romania)) in May 2014.
I entered the builduing and waited for somebody to take me to the interview room. We got at the last floor and I was left in a one-floor room with more than 150 offices with people talking on the phone or sending emails. I waited for about 10 minutes (interview was delayed with ~15 minutes) for the recruiter to come. After she arrived, we entered the interview room and started talking. I was beeing interviewed by the Teamleader of the sales consultants team. The first thing I did not liked was that she didn't quite asked me questions. She was having an improvised speech about the activity and how it should be done and how many are willing to have this job.
Reasons for Declining
The fact that there was no space for negotiation regarding the availability and the time of starting. Lack of professionalism attitudine.
