Some great people. Very understanding of personal needs and even career goals. If you have a good mentor it can be a great place to grow and learn. There are some very experienced and talented people who are fun to work with. The benefits are fantastic and for the most part you aren't worked to the bone like some other agencies.
Executive nightmare. They need a change in leadership. Some of the problem figureheads have exited so there is a glimmer of hope, but the company seems to be driving blind. Management is living in the golden age of the big agencies and has forgotten, or don't know how to roll their sleeves up and get things done. Thus a bunch of great efforts by employees go to waste because of lack of leadership and organization.
Advice to Management
There is a lack of wisdom in believing that employees can't do the math of layoffs and salary cuts and they are bitter. Time to suck it up at the executive level, make due, and bring people back up to speed.
