    General Manager Interview

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Bandana's Bar-B-Q (Saint Louis, MO) in January 2015.

    Interview

Did an hour or more interview on the phone with a girl from Corp office. This was pleasant and had a good feeling after. I was then set for an interview with CEO and Dir of ops. I met them at a location close for them. My first impression was of the Dir. of Operations and he was very full of himself talked mostly about how great he was. I then sat down the him and CEO. The interview process was good. CEO discussed the unique situation surrounding the location I would be going to. It was out of the scope of the normal Bandanna's locations. He was looking for someone like myself with the expertise in the addition of the bar and banquet room. When it comes down to it what he wanted from me he did not allow me to follow through on. So point is if you do interview with them get it all in writing don't trust the spoken words.
