Coming from an IPO'ed and rather impersonal large company, this has been a refreshing switch. Any questions or concerns are addressed in a timely fashion, I have been readily offered fair compensation. BAMS provides clear views of my personal and company growth opportunities and projections, showing a genuine appreciation for hard work, and a true team oriented outlook. The BAMS team also sincerely provides an excellent service, and stays true to their business promises, which makes touting them and working for them an honest pleasure. The surprise lunches ordered in for us are a nice touch as well!
If I had to choose, office hours are later than I prefer (9-6).

Sent home from interview
I was excited about the interview but I never got a chance to find out. I showed up 10 minutes early but forget my bag with my resume at home.
The person I was meeting with asked me to do a basic math test. After that he came back and said 'Well you didn't respond to my confirmation email and because you forget your resume I think we are gonna have to try again.' I asked if we could print it out on the spot and considering this was before our actual interview time a very reasonable request. He balked and I walked out.
Please show candidates some more respect. We take our time, effort and energy to come to your place of business. Please show some common courtesy.
