Banner really cares about their employees. They make sure that their salaries are competitive. I have been able to maintain a good work life balance.

Healthcare is a challenging profession anyhow, but COVID has made it even more challenging.

    Interview

Fairly easy-going despite questions about moral decisions in terms of how you would respond to conflicts between employees, patients, and situations. Very low-stress environment. Took over a month after the initial interview to be confirmed as having landed the job (actually 2 weeks for this) and getting a schedule. This is not uncommon, coworkers have told me they experienced the same so don't feel discouraged, just don't quit your job after they tell you you're on the company payroll until you actually get a schedule!
