• Exciting mission to transform a logistics company into a tech company and dramatically improve efficiency • Highly-engaged executives that proactively remove hurdles • Small, unbureaucratic organization with large-company resources • Strong culture of caring, support, and teamwork • A brilliant, yet humble team that's fun to hang out with • We get to talk to the people using our software! It's so much fun to hear their pain points and then quickly deliver solutions.
Cons
• We're doing hybrid with 3 days in the office. Personally, I love being in the office, but I know that it won't work for some. • We feel like a startup. We're still developing our processes and we have occasional bursts of longer hours to get things done. Again, I love this and it's easy to do because the work is fun, but it's not for everyone.
