Bauer’s leads the industry with chauffeur training focused specifically on teaching and educating chauffeurs how to conserve fuel as they drive. The way a coach is operated greatly impacts fuel usage. With the Bauer’s GPS speed monitoring system, it is easy for chauffeurs to monitor and sustain speeds that are conducive to the most efficient fuel impact. Bauer’s also teaches chauffeurs about the impact of unnecessary idling, which wastes fuel and creates unnecessary pollution.
Additionally, Bauer’s sends its mechanics out to be trained not only on the newest fleet engines, but on how to maintain the vehicles to enhance fuel mileage and transmission performance so that each vehicle performs at its best.
BIT Technology – Bauer’s uses advanced BIT smart technology on all vehicles to enhance training efforts and show what happens when certain diagnostic and G force parameters are exceeded. Additionally, Bauer’s has taken technology much further and merged the “Intelligent Transportation” with their Eco-efforts.
Dispatch Monitoring – Bauer’s employs state of the art GPS technology to monitor vehicles for traffic patterns, flight updates, speed and idling. Results are monitored by the Bauer’s dispatch team 24/7 365 days a year on four 42-inch flat monitor screens.

Gary originally founded Bauer's Intelligent Transportation with the philosophy for seamless transportation that exceeds expectations and creates lasting memories and made the company what it is today. Gary Bauer's has built long-lasting relationships with clients, vendors and team members provides a solid foundation for Bauer's continued growth.
Gary Schwartz possesses more than 20 years of diversified financial and management experience including raising capital, orchestrating mergers and acquisitions, and structuring and negotiating deals in both public and private corporations. During his career, Schwartz played a key role in managing a diversified consumer cyclical and real estate conglomerate. He developed financial infrastructure and management systems supporting the growth of the company from $40 million in revenues and 150 employees to over $250 million and 1,500, respectively.
I have been working at Bauer's Intelligent Transportation full-time (More than a year)
Being in the sales department, the compensation structure is unlimited. The more work you put in to build your book of business the more you will get out of it. It is a lot of hard work but after a few months you will see the results.
There are a lot of long hours but what job is actually 9-5? You get what you put into it.
I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Bauer's Intelligent Transportation.
I applied for driver postion without having my class b license. I was denied instantly because of lack of experence. I recieved an email from hr stating if i had any questions to contact him. We were able to get into contact woth each other and said he would keep my application on file for a year until i get my CDL. Two weeks later i recieved email to come in for interview . He asked me to bring a dmv printout. Which i did. I interviewed with 4 people that day. With that being said. They told me to wait for a call back. They called me in for another interview , whixh at that time i would would be interviewing with the head of the car side as well as drug test and road test amd wear a suit. At this point. I spent over $200 for a suit just to look the part they needed me to do
Now lets go back t ok the first time i came for interview. As i stated i talked with four people and they all seen my dmv printout. Things that showed up over 10 years ago, when i lost my mother, my house, my car everything. I wasnt worried about going to court to pay off tickets. Mentally i wasnt there and they used it against me. After reviewing my H-6 . This is the point where i feel they should have pusbed my hiring packet to the CEO. So no further interviews could be made. Instead...So back to the 2nd time i came in for interview playing the roll.Took both driving and drug test. They told me they would call me if they wanted to continue the process. 4 days later, im stressing over everything i recieved a call stating they wamted me to meet with the Ceo and Vice president of the company. At this point any person would think everything is a Legit. I got the job.I then interviewed with 2 people before the final interview. Once i got to the main office i then interviewed with Ceo and Vp and the original guy who interviewed me who took my dmv printout day one. I left that interview with a wierd uneasy feeling. And was told they would call me to let me know if i was hired or not. I wasnt.
