    Pros

    Best reason is the people. Being a regional medical center, your subjected to many different surgeries. Some of the best general surgeons are from Bay City. For a small town, you are presented with many gifted surgeons. The employees in the OR are great people to work with. They offer great support to each other.

    Cons

    the amount of call and having to cover weekends.

    I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bay Regional Medical Center (Bay City, MI) in August 2016.

    Interview

    Was called by the lead technologist to ask if I was still available and interesting in the position. We set up a date and time to meet at the hospital. I met with the lead technologist and radiology manager. I was called approx 1 week later with a job offer.

    • They asked about my availability to work and what days I was willing to work. Had some questions about what computer systems and cameras that I was familiar with. What exams that I was comfortable performing and familiar with.   1 Answer
