    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Baylor College of Dentistry (BCD) full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

BCD Provides abundant opportunities to utilize the newest dental technology. BCD is also known for continuously producing genuinely acceptable general practitioners. Between the small classroom sizes and clinical instructors, I have become a clinically acceptable dentist with excellent bedside manner.

    Cons

As with any large dental institution, the series of constant checks and balances can slow down patient treatment. The positive side of this aspect is that many licensed eyes can see the patient's treatment.

    Advice to Management

I do not believe it is my position to advise how a dental school should operate because I am about to be a recent graduate.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Baylor College of Dentistry (BCD) (Dallas, TX).

    Interview

I had an interview here for a DDS position. It was laid back and I felt very comfortable in the Baylor atmosphere. It is an upbeat environment with great people all around. The interview itself felt like an open conversation which made me feel relaxed.

    Interview Questions

    • Most difficult question was really explaining my motivation to work here. My point being that there weren't any outstandingly hard question. They just want to get a sense of your personality and experiences.   Answer Question
