Do you think mental health still carries a stigma in the workplace? It seems like it's hush hush to me. I want to help normalize it but I don't want to be the subject of judgment, either.

What is it called when someone or people work around, avoid and make it impossible to do your job? I’m learning a new position and of all people the nurse supervisors are being super unprofessional by avoiding work with me and go straight to senior staff

How to address pay! When you have been there 22 years with more responsibilities than others in your position but new hires getting brought in at a much higher rate!

Do you have a workday ritual? What does starting your day look like? For me, my day doesn't go quite as well unless I have time for my morning organization and room checks. I setup each room for the next patient. I pickup and put away any extra supplies...cluttered rooms/desks bother me.
