Did you know I was on an episode of Cash Cab?
Jaci is responsible for campus recruiting and entry-level opportunities in the Northeast region. She was placed in a temp-to-hire role with Beacon Hill NYC in 2011 and later joined Beacon Hill Associates Washington D.C. as an Account Executive placing administrative professionals in temporary, temporary-to-hire and direct hire positions for Washington D.C.'s top associations, non-profit organizations, think tanks, architecture firms, educational institutions and businesses. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Jaci received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Communications from American University. Her passion for campus life started in college where she held positions as a Resident Assistant, New Student Orientation Leader, and Student Government Director.

Ashley is responsible for campus and entry-level recruiting for the Midwest region. She started with Beacon Hill in 2015 as a Staffing Consultant within the Chicago Associates Division. She was responsible for recruiting all levels of administrative support, marketing, recruiting/HR, and customer service professionals for clients in various industries in the Chicagoland area. Prior to working at Beacon Hill, she worked at the happiest place on earth in Florida and was a campus representative for The Disney College Program where she realized her passion for recruiting and working with students. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University where she majored in Economics with a minor in International Business where Ashley also was involved with THON, the largest student run philanthropic organization in the world, as well as Women In Business. It was through those experiences Ashley realized her passion for recruiting, specifically at the college and entry-level, and is excited to leverage all of her experience into the corporate recruiting mission representing Beacon Hill.

Haley is responsible for campus recruiting and entry-level opportunities for the West Coast. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Haley worked in both the recruiting and event planning industries. She received her degree from Oregon State University in Business Administration Management and was one of the first students to graduate with a Minor in Leadership. While at Oregon State, she was elected the Vice President of the Marketing Club, assisted with founding the Sales Club, designated with the Dean’s Student Leadership Circle and was awarded the 2014 Outstanding Management Student of the Year for the College of Business. Haley was drawn to the Corporate Recruiting team because of her passion for people and for the company's culture - two qualities that will invigorate her efforts to build Beacon Hill's team on the West Coast.

Chrissie is responsible for hiring experienced staffing professionals for Beacon Hill offices nationwide. She started with Beacon Hill Associates Chicago in April 2012 as a Staffing Consultant placing administrative professionals in temporary, temporary-to-hire and direct hire positions. Chrissie was promoted twice, and led a team of three recruiters to record success in Chicago. She achieved Top of the Hill multiple times, President’s Club twice, was consistently ranked as the #1 or #2 recruiter nationally in Associates. Chrissie developed an interest in corporate recruiting and spent a year and a half hiring internally for a Fortune 500 in Chicago. Her passion for Beacon Hill and new skills ultimately led her back to join Beacon Hill’s corporate recruiting team.

Did you know that I’m a twin and that I was in the movie Liar Liar.
Brianna is responsible for hiring experienced staffing professionals for Beacon Hill offices nationwide. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, she was a top producer for a search firm specializing in the placement of collegiate athletes into performance-based sales roles within the staffing industry and began her professional career as an IT recruiter for a West Coast IT staffing firm. Through these experiences, Brianna learned firsthand the importance of company culture and environment on the success of the candidates she places, and decided to join Beacon Hill’s Corporate Recruiting team as a result. She volunteers her time in a variety of capacities, including a dog rescue program and feeding the homeless and enjoys her participation in both a coed kickball and football league. Brianna received a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science from Hope International University on Cal State Fullerton’s campus, where she double minored in Psychology and Child Development.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Beacon Hill Staffing Group (New York, NY) in December 2019.
I was referred this position through a friend and interviewed with Beacon Hill for 3 months. My final interview was at the office, then it took another few weeks to get my contract and accept. Everyone was incredibly nice throughout the process, and it was really a matter of just getting to know who I was. The process was a bit lengthy, but I overall had a great interview experience with Beacon Hill.
