Simply put, “Staffing” is finding people for jobs and jobs for people. But there is nothing simple about it.
The Staffing Industry is indispensably integrated throughout the world’s top economies. Within the Professional and Business Services sector of the US economy, there are about 20,000 staffing companies in the United States with annual revenues exceeding $100 billion. Beacon Hill Staffing Group delivered more than $410 million in annual revenue in 2017 and is the only staffing company in the United States to be listed as one of the top twenty US staffing companies for growth, while also exceeding more than $200 million in annual revenue.

I worked at Beacon Hill Staffing Group full-time (Less than a year)
I did not work at BH, but they helped me find a job! I have worked with one amazing woman at BH for over a year (applied to jobs, went to grad school instead, applied for jobs again). They have consistent communication and will always go the extra mile. I cannot say enough good things about the D.C. team. They take the time to get to know the individual so they can make a perfect match for the future employer and the candidate. Keep up the amazing work!
There are no cons I can think of currently.
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you are doing, you have an amazing team and I appreciate all you do.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Beacon Hill Staffing Group (New York, NY) in November 2018.
Over the years, I have registered and met with representatives from other agencies, when exploring my options or needed work and I have never had the experience that I had with Beacon. They treated me like I was a human being and not a quota. They were persistent and followed-up and followed through on every step of the process and interview. They continued to send me out on interviews until I landed the right job. Most agencies would give up if you aren't selected for the first job they send you on and you never hear back from them again. Not with Beacon Hill, they were relentless and persistent and never gave up. I had the pleasure of working with MacKenzie. She was great. She listened and genially cared about finding the right fit for me. Mackenzie and her colleagues dedication and hard work paid off, I was offered a position with a great company. I could go on and on for days about my great experience with this agency. As far as I am concerned. I would refer anyone looking for a job to Beacon Hill. They will always be number "1" in my book.
