Beam is filled with amazing people who are always willing to help you. During my Summer there, I got to truly experience the city of Boston as the office was located right on the Freedom Trail and was a mere 5 minute walk from the Boston Common. The office set up and general culture were simply awesome.

There weren't enough laptops on hand for me and the other interns which limited our capabilities during meetings. The problem became worse when a new hire came in and he had to use the only laptop we were collectively sharing.

    Advice to Management

Keep Christopher Stemborowski on staff at all costs. Rarely was there a moment someone wasn't asking for his input or requesting his presence in a meeting.

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Beam Interactive & Relationship Marketing (Boston, MA).

I first had an interview with one of the managers in the strategy department first who conducted a straightforward informational interview. Once I made it to the second round, I had another informational interview with one of the VP's who then set up an in person interview at the downtown office. At the office, I met with two of the VP's initially, followed by two of the managers in the strategy department, then a one one one meeting with a current intern on the strategy team, and ended with a quick follow up with the VP's.
