Good leadership. The management and ceo truly care about their employees and are very approachable and open to good ideas. Great benefits and pay. Enjoy the employees and environment. Constantly promote from within. Many opportunities to move up.
Cons
Not much. Pay may not be as competitive as some of the larger tech companies in the area. But the benefits and not feeling like just a number make up for it.
