I have been working at Bearing Distributors full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Competitive pay, relaxed work environment, great people. BDI is a large company with a small company feel. Good place to work.

    Cons

The only things I don't really care for is how the 401k is matched, and the company cars are kept for a crazy amount of time. I would much prefer a car allowance or mileage pay over keeping an old car forever.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bearing Distributors (Athens, OH) in February 2017.

    Interview

On-campus interview the day after the college career fair. Interviewer was professional but relaxed. The goal of the interview was to see if my skills lined up with the work they do. Though I was not a fit for the position being interviewed, there was follow-up with another department better matching my skills.
